Breastfeeding benefits everyone. Beyond the well-known benefits of human milk for both parents and children, breastfeeding is nourishment, medicine, and comfort. Unfortunately, our current systems, policies, and norms make it extremely difficult for families to achieve their breastfeeding goals.
